Welcome to the Kossuth Folkdancers Website!
The Kossuth Dancers were established in 1965 and were incorporated as a non-profit corporation in 2006. It is one of the oldest dance groups in Ontario and one of the largest Hungarian dance groups in North America.
The 2008-2009 practice sessions have finished for the season. We will resume practices again in September, 2009. We practice weekly from September to May at the Hungarian Canadian Club of Waterloo-Wellington, 979 Kossuth Road, Cambridge. Practice times will be announced in early September. We perform at many multicultural events, Hungarian celebrations, and commemorations. Our dancers range in age from 5 years and up, and we always welcome new members.
